Sin City Gets A “Sweet” Treat!

Neither cold nor rain can keep Sin City from Rockin’ on a Friday night.  Visitors and local rockers got a special treat from the 1st stage on the Fremont Street Experience last night.

The unseasonable temperatures and springtime rain didn’t stop the show for the Michael Sweet’s (Stryper & Sweet Lynch) video shoot for “Bizzare” from Michael Sweet’s forthcoming new album, out later this year on Rat Pak Records.

All of the action took place on the 1st Street Stage  with an “All-Star” lineup joining him onstage included Scot Coogan-Drums (Ace Frehley), Todd Kerns- Bass (Slash & The Conspirators- Sinners) and Ethan Brosh, the band ripped through the song enough times for us to learn the words and get excited for the new album!

Friends and fans all had a blast hanging out and rocking out together.  Spotted in the crowd were rock legends Oz Fox (Stryper/Let It Rawk), Jake E. Lee (Red Dragon Cartel / Ozzy Osbourne), local rockstar and our March Cover, Drew Heart (Alter Ego/ARENA) along with of course Michael’s wife Lisa.  Loyal local music supporters were also out to support the shoot,  including Alice Goldstein of AGE, (Alice Goldstein Events), Adrian Means, Rogene Garza, Tammy Houston, Melissa Carter, and too many more to name .  It was a thrilling experience to see one of our rock n roll hero’s film a video!!

Michael Sweet still has one of the best voices in rock and can hit the highest notes, all while shredding on his guitar.

Follow Michael Sweet on Facebook and visit him online for more details on the release of the new album.

New video and album will be out soon!!
